Default Motorcycle Memories - Throwback Thread

The success of the other thread made me think this one would be fun. Post pics of you riding your first bike or (if you don't have any or at least any digital ones) just find pics online of your first bike. I'll start. My first bike was a Honda QA50. I was a real badass on this thing.

Then we begged my Dad for something with a clutch. He got us this Gemini thing that I'm pretty sure had an 80 engine as it would climb walls. The handlebars would fold down to get it in the station wagon. LOL.

I knew I was cool when I was 9 and got upgraded to a brand new Honda XL70. I probably put 10k miles on this thing.

The first bike I bought myself was an XR75 when I was around 12.

Never really rode street bikes but still love to take the kids off road. Post up your first and favorites here.

my first bike was this one below(stock photo, not mine). never been on a bike before and bought it in '89. 1984 700interceptor. classic in the day. I went to test ride it and fell over in the parking lot stopped. bent clutch lever. I then owned it

sold it sameyear and never got on a bike again until 2004 when I bought a 150scooter. here's a pic of the scooter and the 250 I had for 2 months before outgrowing. the blue evo was the hotrod until I realized a boat was WAY more fun...
car was dyno'ed at 363whp. running low11's and was a kick. I do miss it and would trade bikes for it in a heartbeat if they weren't so darn spensive..

    2years on it and from '06 to '14 owned a 250ninja, yzf600, '08 zx6r and '09 zx6r.

First ride. CR80 up til about age 15 or so.

No ride until about 17, then Husqvarna 390 with the big enduro tank. Ugly as sin, bass ackwards with kick start on the wrong side etc, smoked enough to kill all the mosquitoes within a square mile, but was a beast.

After college commuter bike - Honda Rebel 450. Way too small but was too cheap to pass up. Had a couple years and sold for $300 more than bought it for and only $$ spent on it was gas... Ok, maybe a clutch cable.

    Current-

    JK!
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?
