I never made it off my boat. Sad, I know... The crowd was magnetized to the new/sexy boats with surf devices. The G23 and G25s are beautiful boats. But they better be for the price.
I did fall in love with a Soulcraft. It was a board that Jeff had made for himself. I don't think it had a name. Looking forward to riding with Jeff in the future.
The highlight of the day for me was riding tandem with two young kids who had never been behind a boat before. They were so excited.
Here is a text from a writer/editor from Alliance after he left my boat and hopped on a new mastercraft with the gen2 surf tabs. - "Good times Russ, your wave blew the doors off the new master craft! "
He even talked about writing an article about not buying a new boat but using the correct ballast in a boat that you have.
Overall the event was pretty good for
a first run event. I think everyone had a good time.2018 Max with a little extra weight here and there

About the best it gets in my area for February. Party cloudy, 50 degrees, but it was Dry.
Got the Mojo out for the first time this year from the garage. Towed her down to AWS to get a couple things looked at and make a list of to do's before she hits the water in April.
Also got to tow for the first time with the new Eco-Boost.

Nope shes empty. The Mojo is very nose heavy. Even in my 1 Ton it squatted 2.5 inches. Then when I had gear in the back of the truck I could squat it another 1.5 inches. So I always ran Air bags.
I'm really not surprised with the squat, on the 06 F150 I had the rear would squat about 3 inches on my LSV till I added air bags.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.
