I'm considering buying the one from DIY Wake (that's what David is using), and possibly having it powder coated black to match the tower. Of course Dusty custom created his.

Enjoyed meeting some new folks this year. I stayed in the boat most of the tie up monitoring the tunes. I let a few slip into the playlist that shouldn't have been there and wanted to be close by for a skip to the next song.

Hope everyone enjoyed jamming for a while, having 3 linked was loud! I know when we were sitting in mine during the tie up any attempt at a conversation was pointless.

The zld doesn't have an output, so unfortunately not the way I would like. We used an aux. splitter cable plugged into my ipod, then each went to the aux input on each boats zld. This method works, problem is I use the ipod plug and controller normally which allows me rear transom remote control and master volume. Having to use the ipod headphone jack instead of the ipod connection doesnt allow for that control. If the ipod connection were usable I would have master volume control over the entire link up, which would have been handy when snoop dog tried to blast in talking about....well....you get it.

Mine is temporary, held in place by 3 zip ties, but it is SNUG. I ran the pole along the vertical bar that holds the z5 to the tower (the one that unpins to bring the z5 down) then stuck the bottom of the pole between the corner of the z5 and an inside cross brace. It can't shift or move. I'll take a few quick pics Friday

When we go out we use wireless FM Transmitter. You hook up the IPOD in one boat and then choose a radio station then everyone tunes into that station and everyone plays the same music. Works pretty well if you have an antenna on your radio.

    It is called MobileBlackBox.
