Where can I find Moomba specific accessories and parts??
Hey guys,
First, I'd like to say to everyone, awesome job on all the MODs. They all look great!
We're new to the Moomba community and just bought a 2004 Moomba LS with 105 hours and obviously have been searching for ways to make it our own ever since. But I can't seem to find any accessories or OEM parts for Moombas online anywhere!
I'm looking more for accessories like the Moomba etched pop up cleats, Indmar parts and other accessories and OEM Moomba parts but I can't find anything. Is this something I have to go to a dealer?
Of course theirs overtons, Great Lakes Skipper, eBay etc. but I'm looking more for Moomba specific stuff.
Any information or MOD ideas would be great!
Thnx
Keith

Cleats - online only, but hard to find anymore. I think last ones found were on ebay.
Other OEM parts - try calling Cynde @ Atlanta Marine.

I have a set of the etched "Moomba" pop up cleats laying around somewhere that I didn't get around to installing on my '02 and will probably be putting up for sale in Spring. If I can locate them (been on the Diesel Truck zipper effect, money burning thing lately...) I will see if you are still interested.
About other mods for your boat. ---STOP RIGHT NOW--- Run! Run Fast!
The guys on this board will soon have you buying/installing;
- Stereo Amps
- Speakers: Exile vs. Wetsounds vs. Kicker vs. Polk...
- LEDs
- More Ballast
- Acme prop - Do this one first! Cheap and easy, there's a 1617 in the classifieds (cheap plug for mine!)
- More Ballast pumps
- More Stereo amps
- More tower speakers
- LEDs for the tower speakers, cup holders, swim platform...
- FAE - Nice addition for a couple of reasons
- Extra batteries (to go with those amps)
- On board battery charger/maintainer
- LEDs for the trailer (no kidding)
- And of course wakeboards & surfboards, there's even some old guys that talk about something called a waterski???
Good luck! and welcome. I have had quite a few boats and my '02 puts out one of my favorite wakes at 22 to 24 mph (and at lower speeds).Sent by the random thoughts from the voices in my head...

Eric,
Thanks for the advice, but you know I can't stop. Lol. I am definitely interested in the cleats. How many do you think you have? Let me know.
Newty,
Thanks for the lead I'll definitely check into that.

Lake Rat, I have two of them, I just need to find them!!
Depending on how you are going to use the boat and your boarding skill level, plan on the ballast, prop and stereo upgrades -- Or in other words, step (1) open wallet, step (2) empty wallet, step (3) refill wallet, step (4) repeat!Sent by the random thoughts from the voices in my head...

Eric
If Newty has spoken for the cleats and you find them I would be interested in them for my 02 LSV.
