Tough to find any vdrives in your area under 30. I live there too. There's a few 30k asks out there that would be decent values.
There was on last week on cl that looked like a steal, low 20's I think. It was gone right away though. There is an lsv without tower at 22k or so in Alexandria I believe.
Funny thing is I think I looked at the blue listing you posted last fall it was in pretty nice condition actually, but too $ IMO. I ended up getting an supra ssv out of msp.
