    Default Dead boat at dock

    Friends sea ray starter gone. Any reason to not use automotive? Here with 2 doz boy scouts. Need to get it running.

    Marine starters are spark protected and should be used so as not to accidentally ignite fumes in the bilge.

    x2 to everything said. You'll get callouses from crossing your fingers everytime you start the boat. It's like feeding Gremlins after midnight.
