Default Tires for a little car???? Buehler? Anyone?

Picked up a Nissan Sentra for my daughter to replace her worn out Mustang. More of a college car this time around I guess. Anyway, I need some tires for it and since I haven't bought tires for a little car in about 20 years I thought I'd see if anyone has recommendations. Snow is irrelevant. Wet traction and quiet ride are my #1 priorities. KG was extremely helpful with the tire choice for the Suburban so I thought I'd seek counsel on here again.

I'd go with some round ones.

All the kids seem to love Nitto tires.

I would contact the local tire store and look for the best deal. I mean really, tire noise won't affect texting while driving that much.

since it's for the daughter and you don't have to worry about snow, I'd go to the tire store that has the largest "presence" in the area she will live in for fatherly peace of mind for roadside issues and buy a decent, midpriced tire. I'd look around $350/set of 4 and call it done. I'm guessing that your not going to have 20 choices like a suburban. frankly, if you have 5, I'd be surprised..

I think I'm going Kumho. They were around before the sumitomos that are popular now. I liked the Kumhos on the Mustang a few years back because of the good wet traction. In FL it's a big deal. We'll see how they perform.
