    Default Kicker HLCD fell apart

I will get get in contact with Phil on Tuesday. Not that I expected anything especially on the holiday weekend but it was great to hear Phil will work it out for me. I have kicker audio in both my vehicles and only the tower speakers in my boat right now. As soon as replacement time comes all the rest will be kicker just because of the great customer service.

I've had kicker off and on back to 1987 with my very first pair of truck boxes(6.5 sub, 8 passive radiator and horn tweeter on top in each box); eventually swapping them out in 89 for a sealed box with 3 comp-8's. great stuff...

Get into the other cans and assess any damage present elsewhere. Get a good accounting of the damage, then PM me with your home address and telephone number. I want to get those back from you so we can look at them in engineering. We will figure out how to send you out replacements, as promptly as possible to keep you genning on the water.

Thanks to Phil at kicker for replacing the damaged parts. Great customer service and a great asset to Kicker and this forum. This is the reason I would not hesitate to buy Kicker products again. I have owned Kicker products for the last 15 years and this is the first problem I have had with anything. But thanks to Phil it is all good now.

I can say Phil is a top notch guy, and i wouldnt hesitate to buy Kicker gear, First year we had the 08 LSV i ran Kicker all summer no issues, and when i went to give my KMT6 tower speakers to by best bro, i didnt have the correct step down inserts for the tower.

Phil hooked my up with them no issues.

My buddy is still running those towers and loves them.
