Default Ballast setup for Outback LS

Hi all, I am looking at different options for adding ballast to my Outback LS. Anybody want to put their 2 cents in? I have heard people reinforcing the rear storage area, and using it, the ski locker, and twin bags on each side of the motor. Any suggestions or ballast companies to look at?

    Thanks,

I have an 03 outback LS. We have the stock ballast (middle and rear) along with two 375# on each side of the motor. One 250 in the rear locker (the one behind the rear seat) and then another 250# in the nose. Does real well. I could dig up some pics if you would like.....hope this helped

That would be great Stang, I also have an 03' Outback LS. Mine is White w/red stripe, w/red/grey/white interior. Did you have to add extra support in the rear locker? What brand of bags did you use? Pumps? Any info you have would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks again!

    Tiltboy,

I have the same colors on my boat as you do, love it. Unfortunatly i dont have the pictures of my wake, girlfriend has them on her computer, so i can get them tonight. I do have a picture of the wakesurfing wake. ,

I too fell in love with wakesurfing this summer when the local boardshop had a sale on boards i could not resist, now when it gets a little choppy we hit up the surfboard.

This is not letting me upload pictures at this time. I will try again later

Decided to quickly make a webshots account, works a lot better than yahoo photos which i was using a long time ago. So these are a few pictures i quickly put up, nothing great or fancy.

Ed G if you have any wakesurfing pictures of your wake i would love to see them.
