    Default Water Removal in V-Drive

What is the best way to remove and flush the oil in the V-Drive if it has water in it? I know how the water got in there just gotta get rid of all that milky oil in there and was wondering what was the best way.

    Thanks Matt

Suck it out with a pela or equivalent vacuum pump.

    Default Water Removal in V-Drive

There's a drain plug on the bottom, drain and refill. I used a pan with only about a 1" lip so I could slide it under the unit. Plus some disposable rags. Mine was full of water on pre-purchase inspection and I drained and filled it just so I could do a test drive. I changed it after every use for the first four or five uses, it would get cleaner each time, and it's been perfect ever since.
