Need to find the short/over current on that 15A circuit. What fuse is blowing and when does it blow - when in RUN or CRANK?

Crank, once it is running seems to be fine.

It is one of the 3-15A fuses that are together in there own harness. I'm assuming it has to do with fuel pump maybe.

When you say will not start do you mean turns over but will not run or engine will not turn over once fuse blows?

It will turn over with the blown fuse but will not run. Almost as if it is flooded.
