New Prop Advice LSV 2004
Hey
Its time for a new prop. The original is dinged up . Will a new custom(lower pitch) prop from ACME make a huge difference in the wake size and holding speed for wakeboarding? They are expensive ,about $450. I do not have perfect pass so holding speed would be a huge help. The boat is set up fine as is with the factory ballast and about 500lbs of lead. Plenty of pop for our level.
Thanks

My 05 LSV didn't come with perfect pass and holding speed was an issue. I switched to a lower pitch prop due to time to plane with ballast loaded but it made such a huge difference in holding speed that I dropped plans to install perfect pass. I run 1500 lbs ballast.

I use the 1433 and love it. I sure do chew through the fuel though. I believe the 1847 is also another good prop.

We love the 1847 on our 2004. Best money ever spent on this boat!
