Wakeskating Speed
Hello - just bought my son a wake skate for b-day. We slalom and wakeboard behind our Outback and have tried surfing without much luck. Please help with some ideas what speed we should start wake skating at. thanks

I used to wake skate before got into surfing. I would be anywhere from 15 to 17 depending on how many people in the boat etc. but this was behind an I/O and now v-drive.

Thanks for the info! I can always count on good info from you guys.
River is high, fast, and chocolate brown so were at least a week or two from splashing the boat.
As always...can't wait.2003 Outback
