    Wayne,

Better throw out a few more details as I've run across some 11 yr old that wear a size 12 shoe. How big is the the kid, riding experience, etc.

hes about 90-100 lbs 4-5 ft tall no riding experiance at all. size 6-7 shoe

dont want to spend alot of $$ on one b/c i dont know if he will like or be able to wakeboard or not

actually looked at this one @ walmart

not sure it really maters the quality for a beginner board

I would suggest checking out Academy Sports. you can pick up a CWB for the price of the Walmart board you linked. nothing wrong with a cheap board to get started with. check Craigslist to

Get something off ebay or craigslist if you can. He's gonna outgrow it in one season. But for a first board any of the body glove, hydroslide, etc. ones will work. If you can get a LF, CWB, Hyperlite one, all the better. The board doesn't matter nearly as much as having him comfortable in the bindings.
