    Default Drunk Boater Kills 2 In NorCal

    Just announced this morning on Sacramento news, drunk driver plows boat into other boats killing two and injuring two on Englebright Lake, still searching for missing people. The SacBee reported it as a ski boat. People never learn, sure hope it wasn't anyone from this community on either side.
