    Question valves solenoid plug question?

Are most people when a solenoid goes bad just splicing the wires to keep the factory plugs intact?

I just replaced all my valves since they seemed to be staying open and filling one would cause all of them to fill. I replaced my valves and kept my old solenoids. With new valves the issue is still happening so I assume my solenoids are sticking or corroded like the little springs are sticking. Have new solenoids that came with new valves, but wasn't sure if people were splicing into the factory harness plug?

You can splice the old connectors from the bad solenoid, should not be a problem, did ths with my bilge pump.

For my ballast project when I upgraded from GI to g IV , I bought Deutsch connectors from batts racing online and soldered them myself.
