    Default Light Bar wiring help

I am going to attempt wire a 6 light bar, (home made) and I really dont know much about this sort of thing. I have an 04 Outback, it looks like there are 2 acc. switches that are not being used for anything. I think I might be able to pull this off but my main concern is, can I wire up all 6 lights, (55watts each) to one switch, or will that blow the breaker? I also need to find a connector to go through the hull that can handle all of the wiring, unless I can connect all of the lights together inside the light bar and just run 1 set of wires down the tower and use the vacant side of the connector that powers the tower navigation light. Thanks in advance for any help.

You will need to use relays to switch all the power , the ACC switch on the dash will turn on the relays. Don't forget to use the correct size fuse. I would run more wire to allow you some flexability on which lights you want on. I use connectors made by Neutik sp? which work well and have 4 and 8 pin connectors. Check out www.diytowers.com for more info. Post pics when done ok
