    Default Hard steering

Hey all my steering is becoming really hard lately. I saw a few theads about this some time ago but I'm no longer able to find them using the search. I was looking for one in particular about drilling a hole in the cable and lubing it as I don't want to pull my floor out in the middle of the season. And help would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW - That seemed to have only worked for one guy and seemed to be as much of a job as replacing the cable as the outer sheath was reported to be very difficult to drill thru.

I figured as much, but that's what I recall.

We lost a lot of info/threads awhile back. Maybe somebody will remember it differently than me.

Replacing your cable is your only option....if you have never done it before it is not that difficult and should only take you a couple hrs.
