Which Battery Charger and to which Battery?

Just got a 200 hour 2002 LSV and I am going to install;

1. a second "House" battery - Group 27 or Group 31 depending on the enclosure I can get and physical size
2. Blue Seas ACR -- Which One?
3. Should I change to a larger altenator?
4. Which onboard charger? C-Tek or ProSport 20?
   
   1. Which battery do I hook the charger up to? House? Starting? Both?
   2. Can a ProSport 20 be used as a battery tender/maintainer for long periods of time?
