I'm gonna put on my big boy panties
Noticed last weekend that my ballast was pumping and draining slow. Then I noticed my ski locker was swamped. Found the cause of the leak:

Now I'm not really a DIY kind of guy but I'm trying to make an honest effort and do some things on my own and "learn" the workings of the boat.
I noticed the line was kinked because the cut out in the cover board was probably cut to shallow. I've removed the board (and found the ballast pumps by the way). I've unhooked the kinked line and am gonna head to home depot to replace (think i read something from Kane saying this is best place to get locally). Then I'll get to cutting a bigger angle in the board

So with a new tube and a bigger slot cut out in the board I think I may have fixed my issue on my own. Watch out now!!

Nice, next thing you know, you might even replace the impeller and belt on the boat yourself. Other then that changing the oil and filter is really about all you need to really know LOL

8 bucks and 5lbs lighter my first real DIY is done. They only had white hose but it's all good. Will try it out tonight hopefully
