Like to the computer? Are you using the apple cable? I have never had any issues with mine, although I rarely do it with over the air updates and I stream most of my music.

Is there an error code? Any additional info might help.

Are you hooking it up to a mb quart headunit?

My iPhone or iPod didn't work through the USB on my MB head unit either. I had to buy a cord from "Baileys" ( I'll try to find a link when I get home). Now it works great! I can scroll through playlists and everything. The cord plugs right into the BRAIN under the observers chair.

I also needed to buy the cable to run the iPhone through the MB Quart unit. Works well with the cable. I went with the 13 ft cable to have some room to move around as I wish. I drilled a hole in the glovebox and keep the cord wrapped up in there. Simple plug and play.

Yes, do the new Moombas still have the MB or do they have a different brand?

Not sure about the new ones but you do need the cable as mentioned above. Also if you have controls on the stern for the mb quart and the ubit gets wet it will short the whole system out. Just unhook the rear controller and its fine.

I hope they are not using the mb quarts anymore, they really are annoying.

I am not 100% sure but I believe my new Mojo has a Sony head unit and controller.
