    Default Kidney Transplant

Finally got the wife to Vanderberg here in Nashville and signed up for a Transplant. Looks like a 3 to 5 year average wait. They won't test me to see if I am a match because I have heart disease. Don't know what difference that makes but I wanted to try. Birmingham Alabama is a 7 to 10 year wait so we came here. I hope now we can concentrate on some boat time I hope.

Wow, sorry to hear about that. I hope that she does not have to wait too long. My daughter had surgery at 4 mos old for a problem with her kidney, and she'll have another one next month in which she'll be 9 mos. old. It's trying on your emotions when your loved ones have health issues.

Best of luck with whatever your next steps are! Hope all goes well.

I appreciate it everyone. She still says that we can go for a few rounds of ski/wakeboard on Saturday. She is tough and a trooper. She likes the boat as well. I Lover Her
