How did you run tower wires into boat?
I am running my speaker wires into the tower and was wondering how everybody is running them into the boat. Are you using a plug in conector like the nav light or are you using a grommet, silicone, or something else? Would love to see pics. Thanks again for the help.

My tower is already wired. I need to go from bottom of tower hole to inside of boat.

What I linked is simply a pass-thru to dress up the spot where the harness would pass through the deck and not a connector. If the tower folds away from this area, then a service plug would be needed. If the tower fold toward this area, then leaving some slack would be best. Fold the tower down then, then set the harness length.
There are deck fittings that serve as both a connector and pass-through. The deck half gets the in-boat side of the harness connected to it, then the fitting is secured to the deck. The mating half would have the tower side of the harness terminate to it. I know the come in 2-conductor, but not 100% sure if they come in a 4-conductor version.

Perfect. Just didnt want him to rip anything apart if/when he collapses the tower.
Maybe Bergermeister posted some pics/links of what he used? Try a search to see what you can find.

Speaking of tower speakers, I have the connectors that came from WS with my speakers (I can post a pic if I am not clear). What is everyone using to protect this connector and the underlying speaker wire when disconnected from the speakers? I will have to take my tower speakers down after each use and I'm curious about how to cover that connector from the elements?
