    Default Problems with Break-in

    I am having problems with the breakin I bought my new LSV today and hit the lake excited but was never able to go past 2300 RPM. I am aware of the manuals breakin procedure but was able to even get up to 20 mph. Can anyone help is this normal?

    My guess, perfect pass wind up in the engine compartment.
