I don't know. I saw a head floating there at 1:36 that would make me avoid that lake.

Pretty sweet, that kid is gonna be ruined as he gets older and realizes it takes a lot more weight to surf, being under 100 you can surf bad waves pretty easy. Very little push needed.

I agree Jm that boat would be a pain to turn.

Kane LOL yea i saw that too and thought hes really brave or really stupid to be floating there and be between a boat and rider just to get some camera shots.

I've seen a couple of these videos before. Isn't it just a channel that local fishing boats have to navigate through to get back and forth to harbor and/or open water and the locals just wait on the shoreline and paddle it to catch the waves as they are created by wake encountering shallow water?

There was a piece on the discovery channel or something about you crazy texans heading out in the gulf on small boats and jet skis to surf the front push off of the oil tanker ships coming inland. Nuts...

I was just thinking that would be a loooooooong paddle back out to catch another wave if you didn't have a chase boat or waverunner... Didn't appear to be any beach to hike back down.
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

You just wait for the next boat returning to port and get a ride home
