Ballast upgrade question

1" on the intake side and reduced to 3/4" after the valves..

I bought 3/4 inch and then realized the manifold was 1" reduced down to 3/4" for the valves. Wish I would have bought 1" and run 1" lines but oh we'll. That was my only malfunction on opening day. I took those valves apart to clean during wintering and must have messed them up cause the left and front back would not fill and the right bag would not stop filling. We had to move the hoses from the left and front bag to the right valve to get it to fill. The new valves click when activated, just wish I could test the system without going all the way to the lake. Any one know someone who lives in lakes of Katy??

Use a fake a lake over the ballast intake on the bottom of the boat, a plunger with a hose attachment works well. Couple thread on here how o build one fr under 15 bucks.
