Maybe slide a Manhattan in there with the cheaper stuff.

    Of course there is beer.
Agee with all of the above. Big fan of the Buffalo Trace products.

We have been on the Old Fashion bandwagon this past summer. Once the weather starts to get colder, neat or a cube.

Among non-alcoholic drinks it is Americano with milk, I can't live a day without it. As for alcoholic beverages, most often it is beer, preferably unfiltered, like Hoegaarden, and of strong drinks I prefer gin or bourbon.

    Default Favorite Drink?

    New secret cocktail.

This was just invited to compete in a Las Vegas competition Oct 29th.

Happened to be at the bar and watched what went in it. They were tweaking it and drank 3 last night, so good.

    1 part bulliet rye
    .5 part beam apple
    .5 part roses sour
Top with a splash of ginger beer.

Garnish with lime peel and cocktail cherry

Personally I find it very refreshing and could drink these all day on the boat.

Sounds like a fall twist on a Kentucky Mule, which the wife drinks all the time.

Bulliet and Beam are not bad, but I have Crown Apple and Weller 107 at home so might have to try 1 of these around 5 o'clock.

Agree it has a fall twist on it with the spice of the rye bourbon and ginger beer, but it’s surprisingly refreshing.

To me it’s whisky sour meets Kentucky mule

Did not catch the Rye part. I have a good rye I can use that would certainly spice it up better than a wheated bourbon.

Thanks for sharing. Might be my new fall go to for sitting around a fire and wasting an evening.

No doubt a sweet berry Jesus. It's little bit girlish but damn it's good!

Had this at the restaurant last night in Cbus. Handed the bartender my phone and he said I'll be back.
