    Default Reccomended Listening Thread...

Everyone has the standard playlist with the big acts and new stuff that's on the radio all the time, but what's else do you rock? Those songs we haven't heard in years, and love.

    Here are some of my favorotes to get us going;

Franz Ferdinand - No You Girls
Ok Go - Invincible, A Million Ways, Get Over It
The Violent Fems - Blister in the Sun

Mason Jennings - Ain't no Friend of Mine
    Patrick Sweany - Them Shoes
Spin Doctors - Little Miss Cant Be Wrong
    311 - All Mixed Up
The Black Crowds - Hard to Handle
RHCP - All Around The World, really any Chili Peppers is great
The Clash - Should I Stay or Should I Go
    Faith No More - Epic
Dan Auerbach - Heartbroken, In Disrepair
The Offspring - Hit That, ComeOut And Play, Stuff is Messed Up, Self Esteem
Gn'R - All of Appetite for Destruction, Heavens Door
    Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock

Billy Squire - Lonely is the Night
The Eagles - Life in the Fast Lane

The volume always gets cranked in the truck, on the boat or iPod when The Cult's Firewoman song makes the playlist.

    Grace Potter - Medicine
    Buckcherry - Lit up
    Justin Moore - Backwoods
    Augustana - Dust
Joe Walsh - Rocky Mountain Way
Eric Clapton - Cocaine and/or Layla
Brantley Gilbert - Kick it in the Sticks
    Fuel - Shimmer

I can't think of the last time we played singles on the boat. use a lot of brianbass stuff. used beezo until it shut down and now use:
    http://www.house-mixes.com/mixes/Lat...mmercial-house

can't remember who on here turned me onto that, but already have 40hrs of music downloaded for the upcoming season. everything from top40/club to rap to some great old 80's mixes of both dance and rock..

just have to go through now and sort out the 18+ mixes for those times when there are kids at the dock next door..
don't want to have the parents next to us calling me "that guy"

With the exception of Clapton and Joe Walsh, we have very different taste in music, lol.
