03 Outback Custom Cover
Hello
I am looking for a travel cover for my 03 Outback. I have talked with Evolution but he does not have the template to make on for the Outback. Does anyone know where I could get on similar to the Evolution?
Thanks

I have a Westland Exact-Fit cover for my 2001 Outback. It is not as nice as the Evolution, but I have no problems towing with it, and it fits great. It even covers my swim platform.

Go to a shop that makes custom covers. Evolution covers are easy to duplicate and at a fraction of the cost.

Thanks for your information. I am looking at Exact Fit covers and it seems that they have straps holding it down to the trailer. How are the straps when towing long distances. Would there be any chance of damage to the hull?

Yeah, I'll try to snap some photos of my cover.
They do have straps to the trailer. I only had trouble with one strap rubbing my hull. It was the loose end, so I just tied it up so it wouldn't flap. The marks it made buffed right out.

Here are some photos of my cover. I don't have the straps on since it is just sitting in the driveway. It fits pretty tight, although my boat being a direct drive, I do get water pooling between the gunwhale and the engine box. I have towed 3 hours or so with it with no problem. I prefer to tow without the cover though, so I can see behind me better.

Thanks Brian that is what I was looking for. I'm not really ready to shell out $800+ on a cover and it looks like that will work perfect for me.
