    Default Kicker Dual Zone Control

Nice deal on the unit that lets you separately control in boats and tower speakers:

I have one of these I haven't hooked up. What 2 zones do most use this for?

    Matt,

I use a lot of the Kicker ZXM-RLC controllers.

In boats with towers, the zones are typically in-boat zone and tower zone. In some application the in-boat zone includes the sub, but if the amp has the option of adding a sub level controller, then the sub becomes a 3rd zone.

In cruisers, the zones are typically the cabin speakers down below and the speakers out in the helm seating. From a cost perspective, its not a huge investment to do 2 ZXM-RLC's and have either 3 or 4 zones if needed.
