    Default Mufflers under the floor??

Hey guys. Im wanting to quite my exhaust down some (I know it sounds cool) but Im going for a quiter sound. I want to add 2-more rubber mufflers, but I just started thinking it all the way thru. The muffs now are in the open. and IF I add 2-more I would have to install them inclosed under the floor so no where for the HEAT to go. **You see any problems with this??** Or maybe a small port hole for the heat to escape?? What do you think? Jet

why not go with the fresh air exhaust? I've been behind a outback with it and its so quite you really dont hear the noise from the boat motor, the exhaust bubbles were louder, that was at idle and only about 4 feet behind the boat.

I agree w/ Viking - my original rubber mufflers were wrapped in carpet from the factory (???) adding even more insulation so I don't think heat's the issue. I'd be more concerned about no access to spot a leak or make repairs if needed.

I'd have it (FAE) in a minute if I didn't have to remove the platform every time I get back home. I love quiet power.
