Did some testing on the system this weekend and found that the RCA outputs started to clip around 90-92 on the volume. I used my portable O-scope and ran a 0db 1khz signal through them to see what the output was. It is well known most head units are only good to about 3/4 or slightly more volume before they start to clip so its good to know the limit if your setting your gains for the full spectrum of the volume dial.
