    Default 2005 mobius lsv

    a friend of mine is going to look at a 2005 mobius lsv that is for sale and wanted me to ask if there is anything in particular to check for on this year model. I dont have any specifics like hours, he is just wanting to know of any known issues with this model. thanks

    Only thing i would say is if at all possible get the 06 LSV it has the newer hull, larger tower and a deeper interior.

    Thanks for the info, would the 2005 hull be more like the hull on my 1999 mobius?

    That hull is the 06 to 08 Outback V hull so it would be like mine.

    nope, the 02 and up hulls are larger

    I have an 05 and I agree if you can jump to an 06 do it. Its a bigger boat. Not by much but it is a deeper hull. We decided on the 05 simply for the low hours, condition and price. Jumping to an 06 was gonna cost an additional 5k or more. Its a great boat and we have had a alot of fun on it. I have friends with larger boats and they love being on ours. If the hours are low enough, everything works and the price is right tell him to grab it.

    Puts out a great wake and an awesome wave if weighted right.

    Thanks for all the advice guys, i will pass it on and maybe we will end up with a new member on forum. He's a local atl guy so maybe another one for Sinclair Jam. thanks again.
