Stainless Cleats location

The 2002 Mobius LSV I just bought doesnt have any cleats on it. I want to install Attwood Stainless Steel flush cleats. Im interested in suggestions of locations. Anybody have a pics of where they put cleats on their boat? Does the factory supply a spec of location?
