    Default ballast pump won't empty...

    one of my rear pumps runs when filling (and fills perfectly), but does not run/drain when i flip it to empty. any ideas on what this might be? pardon my ignorance folks.

    I'm guessing your talking about a reversible pump if your using it for filling and draining. If it is, I would check the wiring and make sure everything is connected correctly.

    Please post your boat model and year. Different years and models have different systems.

    on the 07 there's a separate drain pump for each bag. First, check the fuses under the dash. They are labelled pumps and solenoids, you'll be able to see which fuse you need to check.

    Yup, separate pumps on each bag for fill and for drain. If you are sure you have power to the pump, then you might need a new one. You can get one to replace it at WalMart.
