Just got off of the phone with JT and he is going to ship a new prop out today to replace the one that UPS damaged. UPS willl pickup the damaged one and ship it back to Nettle Props. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism shown bt JT and Nettle Props to try and make this right, even though it was UPS that had the butter fingers and dropped the prop box from at least 8 -10 feet judging by the damage. In this day and age it is so refreshing to phone a business and have the owner pick up the phone and deal with you directly! So here is a big shout out to JT and Nettle Props *Great work guys!*
