They did that on Mythbusters and it is a fake. They build an exact copy of the slide in the video and did it into a lake.

Not real but quite clever the way they set it up

I was wondering about a Mythbusters take on that. I think that little inflatable ring pool would have popped like a water balloon after a human sized bullet hit it. However if you look really closely it looks like the guy is flailing his arms a little in the air.

There were some other clips on that site with a huge air filled bag thing where someone sits near the end of it down in a crease, then guys jump off a platform and catapult the person way up and out into the water. They usually end up doing a few unwanted/unexpected somersaults and land bad... Those clips looks real.
