Neo jackets for Teens?

All,
Looking to see what recommendations the board has for Neo Jackets for a teen boy. It seems that all the teen jackets are small in the chest but a small adult is really long, so when he sits it rides up and tries to choke him. We tried a small womens to see if the length was different, but it didn't make any difference. What jackets are others using?

last year most of my family made the switch to neo. We found in trying a bunch of different vests on that every brand fits differently. (big surprise, huh). Go to Dick's or a dealer and just start trying them on. I've got teen boys wearing Obrien and Oneal.

We swapped to the side zip vest this year. They seem to have more arm and neck room. My daughter and I are both using Hyperlite vests and are very happy with them.

Hyperlite for both my kids as well. Daughter got a ladies cut. Son had a ten-80 side entry he really liked till the foam shifted inside last year.
