Great day on the lake!
Tried a new (to me) lake that I had been hearing rumors of. Not many will let you in on this little secret and I now know why. We had a great day. Was pitch black by the time we got the boat loaded up.

My daughter and friends
This place has a really nice beach with covered slips to park your boat in while you are there. My son really liked it!
I finally felt my daughter was ready for someone behind the boat so she got to pull me. I did have an experienced driver right beside her, but she handled it all by herself. Next will be loading it on the trailer.

This is Louisiana..........it's not really a lake, it's a bayou. It's called Grand Bayou. Kinda small, but Memorial Day weekend and only about a dozen ski boats on the water. Several fishing boats, but they stayed off the main run. It's about an hour drive, but I will definately be making the trip again and again.
