hey just wanted to let you all know that i had an excellent experience with Roswell...sent an email regarding my warranty issue, got a response back and had it all taken care of within 2 days. the service through Roswell was shockingly fast and i was taken care of so well.

anyone concerned about warranty issues from this company should not be worried at all.
