    Default Locking Gas Cap

I am going to replace my orginial factory gas cap with a locking cap. I've been looking at www.tanklock.com. They have four sizes, I am an hour away from my boat and will not be able to get to it for at least another week. Any chance someone could give me the measurment of the factory cap so I can order the correct size? See the "Size Help" tab on the web site for measuring our factory caps.

    Thanks Richard

    I'm not sure if that kind is a direct replacement. I just measured a 2008 LSV cap and it is: X= 3 5/16" Y= 1 13/16"

    Good luck!

Thanks for the fast measurments but you may be right. Our caps don't match their spec.
