Ipod not charging
I paid the 30 some dollars for the MB Quart Ipod cable. I plugged it in and tried it out. I can now contol the Ipod through the radio controls. But, here is the issue. I get a message on the Ipod that says it is not a supported charging device. Has anyone else got a similar message?

Not uncommon, mostly depends on the ipod. What model is it, how old?

Thanks for the link. Figures, you just can't buy a cable and be happy. Looks like I will be spending more money!

I had the same ise last year, we bought charging units for the IPhones for both cars and then 4 months later after they were working perfectly they all the sudden stoped working and it was due to an update Apple did.
Its always risky buying the aftermarket stuff for Iphone or Ipod because Apple doesnt support that stuff and routinly changes there settings to not use the items.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.
