What are these options?
Newbie here, wanted to see if you guys could tell me more about these options:
1) Water Strainer?
2) Flush Kit?
3) Fresh Water Cooling?
(I thought that fresh water cooling would be cheaper than a closed system cooling system?)
Do you recommend getting the fresh water cooling system option?
Thanks in advance for the info.

You are late. All this was hashed out in the last month or two, check the history.
In a nut shell, filter is for water coming in to cool engine, general uneducated consensus, get it.
Flush kit for flushing water system should you run in salt water, also makes winterizing easier, just pour the RV antifreeze in, I got it because I may see salt water 1-2 times a year.
Lots of salt water - you want the closed cooling system which uses water contained on the boat. I did not need or want it.

Also water filter keeps trash out of your engine. I think it should be standard.
Flush kit basically lets you run with the boat out of water. I think it is better than using the toilet plunger looking thing.
I got both of these on mine.Clark
