It's a matter of getting all the folds and wrinkles out of the sac once you place it in the compartment to get the hose to stay in a good position. I take my sacs out everytime I use my boat so the compartment can dry underneath.

I can't imagine that velcro will hold any ballast bag in place, let alone the 1100's

I pull mine out each time and sometimes have issues with pinched hoses. have to watch them fill the first time each outing.

You can get 2 new ones from Wakemakers for $270, so its not a amazing deal, but a bag is a bag and any break you can get is worth it

I will let you know when I get my system in. I plan on adding dual fill pumps to the modified stock system. Adding a 4th valve.

Also lots of timing threads on here for the old system, jessec did some extensive fill times on old plus new. You can just do a recalculation for the 750 bags..

Thank you Ed for your opinion on the 1100 instead of the 750's. So you are not seeing a hugh difference by going to the 1100's?

I don't think in the lower freeboard boats that the 1100's will ever "totally fill". the nice thing about them is that they fill all the nooks/crannies that the 750's won't. I notice that they are around 90% full in mine, but then they start pushing the compartment doors open.
