Default What Type Fuel Filter for a 2009 Outback

I've searched the manuals over and can find that I'm supposed to change the Fuel Filter, but I cant find it, or what type it uses.
It says under the Storage compartment? Are there screws you loosen to remove the panel? (I'm assuming under the Ski Locker)???
Sorry, probably elementary, but I do need some more post to make the Surf Board Share!!

    Thanks
    Darren

Darren - I should be able to help. End of last summer I changed the fuel filter on my 2007 Outback. It's accessed via the storage space under the 2-piece sundeck. Remove the aft storage panel attached to the inside of the transom. I think there a handful of screws. The fuel filter is right in the middle. I will take a picture and give you the part number. It's an automobile fuel filter that I was able to replace at Auto Zone. - Deerfield
