Yea that pea green house is awfull, its an old retired Army Col or something. He walks his little beagle mix bish around and she barks at everything and everyone and is so freaking loud..
Yea i didnt ask him the cost but Claudia wanted to know and i trew 20K out there as an expeted cost. They arnt cheap but it made short work of my yard LOLMalo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.

Yeah, it's a dream. Heck I don't have a spot to store it. You can rent an entire rig w/ all attachments on a trailer from Home Depot.

They would pay a fortune to get sod that looks like that around here. Shoot, even the dirt looks better than the clay/sand stuff we have around here. Gonna be real nice.

That is a hell of an improvement bro! I missed the time frame, but I'm guessing it was just a few days? Waking to the before pics Friday and ending Sunday night with a beer on the patio to the after pics had to feel great!!
