Cheap Obrien Alias TT?

So I'm looking to get into surfing next summer and I have an opportunity to pick up a brand new Alias TT for about $60.

Does anyone have one? Seems like a deal I shouldn't pass up, but I was just wondering how people feel about the board.

Do it! For $60 you can't lose. I demoed one last season. It was too slow for me but fun to spin around on. If you end up hating it I'm guessing you'd be able to easily double your money selling on Craigslist during the season.

EXACTLY. Great Buy, fun board, just isn't my style. Buy it and if you don't like it double your money

I learned on this board with russ wilde, for 60 bucks if you don't want it, i certainly do.....
