    Default Wakeplate

I recently purchased an '04 Mobius LSV. Great boat. I was in the process of showing it off to some friends this weekend and joy riding when I noticed that the wake plate was not working. The gauge and the physical plate are not responding. The inline fuse is good, the cylinoid is making the appropriate noises (up and down with the switch) but no action. The plate is in the up position and the gauge is at 1/5 from all the way up. Is there air in the lines or is it a bad cylinoid? The fluid is full in the reserve. However, there was a little fluid at the T-fitting and the T-fitting was about a half turn from being tight. Also, there was no additional fluid dripping off the box either.

I need help bad....any ideas? Do I need to bleed the lines or what?

    Thanks
