    Hey,
    Looks like a fun trick. how do you do it.? Any tips to avoid some falls.

    I just try and kick my back foot out behind me.

    You will be surprised how easy this trick is.

    Ok, going out tomorow , I'll give it a shot. I saw something about pulling rope in as you move board.?

    When I do them I approach it like I am doing a fs 180. By pulling the rope to my rear hip it swings you into the 180 like motion, I then snap the board back forward at the last minute by snapping my lead hip and pulling hard with my lead arm.
