    Default Vault trailer bearings

My 08 LSV has the UFP "Vault" hubs. The manuals that I have indicate "no maintenance", but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with these and if they truly are maintenance free? I would think at some point they'll need some new grease?

From what I've read they should be good unless you notice them leaking. If they leak, then they failed.

I thought the same thing about the Vault bearings - that they would eventually would need maintenance. I did some research on the interweb, and from their claims, they have a 10 year warranty. And no maintenance is required. I would imagine though, if you find them leaking, you've got a problem.

A 5 yr trailer warranty normally and extendable to 10 yr if you request within the first year of ownership and send an additional $50 to boatmate.
